Involvement in the project
Sketch App

  • Conducted user interviews and on-site observation to identify our user pain points.

  • Ideation process involved low-fidelity wireframes and quick prototypes. High-fidelity wireframes and prototypes were then created using Sketch App and InVision.

  • Creation of a Sketch Library.

  • Collaborated closely with the developer to create a UI design system tailored to a white-label product.

About the project

Real estate agents use brochures as a primary tool to present property projects to potential leads.

The tablet application has been imagined as an innovative way to showcase new development projects to clients, helping agents sell properties to potential buyers, whether they are at the office or on the move.

During my on-site observation and interviews, I noticed that the agent utilised visual aids to enhance their sales pitch and maintain the buyer's interest.

With this in mind, we designed the application with the intent to provide visuals interactive elements and features such as:

  • A 360° view of the surrounding area from the building point of view.

  • A photo gallery and videos.

  • A comparison tool to try different colour schemes available for each room.

  • An interactive masterplan and floor plates.

According to our users, their most important assets are the contact details of a potential buyer. This is why we chose to incorporate a buyer's list into the application.

On each unit page, there is a "Favourite" button which allows the user to select and save an apartment into their favourite list. A prompt appears to lead the user in giving their contact details.

White-label design library

The branding of a development project is essential. In order to respect that, we development our application as a white-label product.

One of the main constraint was to create a design library with quickly editable UI components, adaptable to any real estate project branding.

Anything like pictures, logo, colours scheme or typography would be easily updated using the master components.

The delivery of the UI elements to the developer was an important part of the end process.
